Blueberry Crumble Muffins

Today I want to share my blueberry muffin recipe with you! I've baked them sooo many times and everyone likes them! I myself am such a fan of blueberries. The recipe is very simple!
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon and cardamom
90g cold butter
90g brown sugar
Mix the hot butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar with a whisk, then add the eggs and stir in with a hand mixer.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, pinch of salt, cinnamon, and cardamom. Now briefly mix the dry ingredients with the liquid ones and add the milk at the same time.
Now just add the blueberries, mix carefully and spread into muffin cases with a large spoon.
For the crumbles, mix flour, brown sugar and cold butter with a hand mixer or knead into crumbles with your hands. Finally sprinkle the crumbles over the muffins and bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 18 minutes.
